Jadrtovac is a small place situated in the bay of Morinje. It is well connected with Sibenik by two parallel roads wich encircle the bay: the Adriatic tourist road and the regional road that leads from Sibenik to Boraja.
The bay of Morinje is known as the natural spawning place for fish and because of the mixed fresh and salted water, it is suitable for the growing of the mussels. The northern part of the bay abounds in mud layers which in recent times attract many visitors to this place.
The inhabitants of Jadrtovac besides their jobs in Sibenik industry, occupy themselves with the traditional jobs of fishing and agriculture.
The quality of the bay and the vicinity of Zaboric and Brodarica are good conditions for tourism development. By its position Jadrtovac can suit the needs of all those who search for peace and quiet. Many navigators already use the bay of Morinje as the customary stop on their summer cruises.
The inhabitants will gladly accommodate you in their homes if you would rather spend your holiday on the mainland.
