The front part of the house is stone-paved, which makes it different from all other neighbouring buildings. The apartments have entrance on the backside, where the parking lot is, as well as the common terrace, outdoor kitchen and grill. The apartments are air-conditioned (its usage is 5EUR a day); they have kitchen, bathroom, two rooms (triple-bedded and double-bedded) and balcony, while those in the high attic also have partial view on the sea. "We offer quality conditions for holiday; the guests deserve to sleep on beds in the bedrooms and not in the kitchen on sofas", emphasizes Mrs. Pavic.
