On the house floor, there is one-roomed apartment with big living room (there is a part made for sleeping in, divided by partition), suitable for 4 to 6 people, while on the groundfloor there is mini apartment for 2-3 people. Mrs. Polic, retired English professor, who apart from speaking language, also likes making contact with her guests. She will gladly give information on trips, wait her guests on Split airport or host them. "Kindness is best proved by the guests who year after year come back here from all the different parts of Europe", says Mrs. Polic inviting guests to spend May, June, September and October here, 20 metres from the sea for promotional prices.
