The property of family Zivkovic is mostly reminiscent of a rural household. It is placed in Zecevo near Rogoznica and is intended for the guests who wish to relax in a true Dalmatian way. On the groundfloor of the left side of the central building there is an apartment with three-bedded room, plus a small extra bed in the dining room, while on the floor there is a double-roomed apartment favourable for a five-member family. On the groundfloor of the right part there is a tavern of centennial walls where if necessary and if arranged, the owners can serve grilled fish or octopus under a baking lid with side dish and vegetables from their own garden. On the floor there is a one-roomed apartment and an extra room with bathroom and special entrance. In the stone house there is also another one-roomed apartment for those who prefer a bench underneath the tree rather than having TV. A bowling court beside the house is an opportunity to have fun.
