The owners live on the high groundfloor, while on the actual groundfloor there is a mini-apartment suitable for a couple or family with a baby, since it has three beds. In front of this apartment there is a terrace in the shade and only a few steps lead you to a concrete beach and berths, if you have smaller rubber or plastic boat. The owners who are successfully in this business for many years say: "The premises are maintained with anti-allergy vacuum cleaners, its windows all have mosquito nets and when parting, guests receive at least a bottle of home-made vine grape brandy".
